Amazing upsets, moments and plays. Yeah thats right College Football season is right around the corner everyone. But boy o boy this years season has a lot to live up to. I right now have a couple of teams that I think are worthy of a top 5 spot in my pre-rankings. So here they are my NCAA pre-rankings.
10. Virginia Tech– I think that tech will rise up a little bit as the season moves on but for now they belong in the 10th spot of my ranking. With Sr. QB Sean Glennon in control they should be fine this year.
9.Texas Tech-The Raiders mostly rely on SR. QB Graham Harrell who is expected to throw for 6,000 yds this year. Also they have their whole o-line core back from 07.
8.Wisconsin– The Badgers look like a perfect fit in the 8th spot. They have one of the top RB’s in the country in P.J Hill. I also think that Wisconsin is BCS contender.
6.LSU-The defending national champion Tigers look to repeat this year. They have their work cut out for them now without their starters at QB,RB,WR. But I along with many other bloggers believe that Les Miles will most likely put out a SEC champion team.
5. Southern Cal– Once again the Trojans are high up their in the rankings but you all no my take on it I am a how do you a PAC-10 hater. Yeah thats right I said it go SEC baby. This year they are without some of their stars and thats the kinda stuff that’ll cost you in the long run.
4.Florida– This year the Gators have a Heisman at QB and a whole bunch of young guns at WR. These once national champs are gonna be in the hunt to bring the trophy back to “The Swamp”. They also have a lot of revenge against the Auburn Tigers and the Georgia Bulldogs.
3.Oklahoma – The Sooners look to have another breakout year with SO QB Sam Bradford who had a pretty muck Beastly year as a true Freshman. The Big 12 is also down this year in talent so the Sooners should have no troubles at all with their hated rival Longhorns.
2.Ohio State– The Buckeyes who in week 1 this year open up with a matchup with the USC Trojans have almost all of their tough, monster like defense returning this year as SR’s. Also the Buckeyes have top heisman candidate in JR. RB Chris”Beanie”Wells.
1.Georgia– Thats right my numero uno is the one and only Georgia Bulldogs. I have always been a fan of Georgia even though they took “Knowshow” Moreno from my Hokies. But i honestly do think that this is the year of the Bulldog and for the 3rd straight year the year of the SEC. I like the Bulldogs because they have experience on both sides of the ball and they have the most talented RB in the Nation in Moreno.
